About Remote Support
Technical support is available from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, central standard time, Monday - Friday, except for holidays.
Before
you initiate "Remote Support", please check Frequently Asked
Questions to see if your question has already been answered there. If
your question or problem does not require immediate attention, you can
also send an email to support@PlusSine.com, and you will be answered timely.
If you need immediate attention, you can initiate a "Remote Support"
session. Please call 662.324.2769 before launching "Remote Support",
so that a qualified support tech will be available to help you.
Then Click On "Remote Support" and complete the following steps:
1. When asked to "Run" or "Save", select "Run".
2. Then the support tech will tell you which of the Support Desks to select.
3. Your computer desktop will become visible to the support tech, and
the support tech will be able to control your mouse and keyboard.
The support tech will work with you to resolve your problem. When the
"Remote Support" session is over, the support tech will no longer
be able to see or control your computer.
